I’m Stephanie Harris-Uyidi, a California-born chef, TV host, and founder of The Posh Pescatarian—a lifestyle brand rooted in sustainable seafood, coastal living, and joyful, intentional dining.

My journey began with a deep love for the ocean and the cultures that cook alongside it. Over the past 15+ years, that passion has taken me from home kitchens to global travels, television, cookbooks, and ultimately to the shores of Hood Canal, where food and nature are inseparable.

Today, The Posh Pescatarian is more than a restaurant—it’s a philosophy. One that celebrates responsibly sourced seafood, plant-forward cooking, and experiences that invite people to slow down, gather, and savor the moment. Every dish, story, and experience I create is inspired by the belief that what we eat—and how we eat—matters.
